lol - that poision idea was pretty good - you should have convinced the guy to make poision-tipped arrows, then he'd have seen profit in buying batwings

This event is going to incorporate both the Dark Forest and Heroville Marketplace threads.

As night settles over the land, high above the treetops afar off can be seen a flying Black Dragon, making circles in the sky and breathing dark fire.


Gradually collumn after column of mindless undead zombies arise and begin their march against Heroville!

The dragon either disappears or flies away.

Currently, there are zombies in the town preventing heroes from reaching the forest, which is crowded with them!

However, read the bits that happen here as they happen still because the forest is somewhat visible from the street

Zombies carrying severed Zombie body parts come back into the forest, and put them in piles at the bases of old dry trees. Other zombies carry two barrels of alchohol and dump them on the severed limbs and then on themselves before stacking themselves on top of the piles with the barrels and lighting themselves afire.

The edge of the forest is on fire!!!

[Sharp]: (Looking at it from afar for a moment, while still engaged in combat w/the zombies in the marketplace):
"D@*n, I didn't think that they were smart enough to do that, some dark -user must be controlling them..." *continues to launch attacks*

kinda funny, Sharp's having character issues. A black mage specialist looking for SOMEBODY ELSE to enchant his blade because he doesn't know he's probably the best qualified active player to do it himself, and that his character sucks at sword fighting anyway because he signed up as a wizard.

, But you forget his background. In The Shade, his country of origin, a great many people, even just regular peasants use , no matter what caste they are.
He was once an aristocratic lesser nobleman...so naturely he studied fencing an' stuff like that. But he can't use big-heavy weapons like axes, maces or clubs. Only some swords, most knives, and stuff along the lines of staves and scythes/glaives.
