A Conversation for The Pit
Ask and ye shall receive

I'm thinking about life (almost a day later). Music and internal things are good. Some external things are not. But I think I know who I love.

You're a lucky man, then. I think it's about time for me to add some people I love into my life. I've become a bit isolated lately, maybe paying too much attention to internal things.

Today, I wonder whether I love myself.
I know I love my kids because I couldn't refuse to tell them things about playing the guitar even as I was shooing them upstairs (they're such small beings, only 12 and 15 years old, so they ignored the urgings to bed while asking provocative musical questions).

I'm sitting in my own pit, headphones on so the rest of the house can sleep, slipping from mp3 to mp3 while I try to wake up my h2g2 contacts.

One mp3 rhymed "free will" with "responsible". What is the world coming to?

Suddenly switching mind back to memory mode... How did the assignment go? Braces himself for the answer...

The song I'm listening to now includes the line "In a long line of 'yeah, OKs'...". I think I know what they mean.

My h2g2 University Project was the one I was dealing with that night, and it is coming along rather nicely as I finish up more outlines for other entries in it.
I have been swamped with other more important academic work since then, however, so the project hasn't been my greatest priority as I've had exams to study for instead and such.

So, well done on the short term things and good luck on the longer term things.
If we carry on like this, we'll get this conversation noticed How should we prepare ourselves?

It depends on what we'll be offering as the subjects for other conversations...
The bar?
The stage?
The bathroom?
Mund's private room. No spectators.?

That one's been around for a while, but I kind of like it. Just wish it were a holey . Charlie Brown style, ya know.
What are you studying/not studying but should be?

Ummm...
I'm doing work for school and the many honors courses I take that happen to require a lot of work outside of class to master, therefore, I am not putting as much effort on something that I will not be graded on, my h2g2 university project.
And now I'm going to bed.
Goodnight

It would appear that the contributors to this thread are prompting Yossarian to "do the right thing". His level of discipline seems to have increased since we started to tempt him. We should all be suitably proud/disappointed.
