Sad, Mad or Bad? - I always wanted to be a dino, but alas, I'm just old. Started conversation Aug 6, 2001
*The princess is being fitted for a new dress, with very full skirts and a low cut front*
How do I look, ladies?

Hast thou a new dress, too, Lady Shea?
Mayhaps thou wilt find a suitor to add to thy collection at the ball!

Ladies have you no more to think of than preparations for a ball and new gowns and so forth? It bespeaks a lack of some real fulfillment in your lives. Perhaps a man? I have pressed my suit before with certain amongst you but it still remains without a crease. Are you playing ye old game of 'Hard to Get'? If so you have chosen badly in Sir Mistral. I have no patience with such time wasting. The course of romance has to be engaged in as a 100 metre dash and not a hurdle race.
As for dress, well my ladies, when I'm in love I don't care what she's wearing.
Your humble and desperate servant,
Sir Mistral

Forsooth! We ladies seek not to spurn thee, but to cover our maidenly eagerness so that the world frowneth not upon our actions. It is seemly that we shouldst celebrate Sir Ottox's birthday in our finest as befiteth him.
We pray thy patience good sir as we art not as well versed in the gentle art of love as thee, our sheltered lives hath not given opportunity for instruction, and our natural shyness and modesty causeth our faces to blush overly at thy splendour and enthusiasm.

I suffer. Your words do me cast into darkness. Shyness, modesty, sheltered lives, all this I can understand, indeed it is devoutly to be wished in fair maidens . But thine enthusiasm for celebratng Sir Buttocks' birthday ball doth verily belie thy protestations.
Waiting in the wings,
Sir Mistral
