Thanks Alex. There will be more of these in the future, since this one seems to be a success and everyone is enjoying themselves. People are free to ask to be involved in others, but the final casting is up to me and actual participation is by invitation only. When we are finished with the Mary Celeste, it could be possible to run it again with all new people, but it would need a new game master too and some thought as to how to insulate the old threads from new people. Perhaps it could be done with the game threads on another page, perhaps a page off of the new game masters page. Then the game master would just have to cut and paste the first few posts in the private threads (the posts where I gave the character descriptions). I would be happy to email the documentation to the new game master, or point them to the web page where I got it.

Hmmm... Just a thought here, GL, but there's already a lot of "honor system" going on in this game as it is. The more threads that are off limits, the more tempting it would be to read threads you aren't supposed to.

You could always let someone else GM another scenario with the same rules you've set up for your games, and that way you'd get to play a part, get involved with the intregue, and not have to read everyone's backlog!

I'd love to do that! Maybe I won't read all of the scenarios that I have yet. I've read a couple of them, so I'll need to GM those. There's another one by the same author as the Mary Celeste one.

No. It's a cocktail party with a bunch of yuppies. I don't want to say too much in case I give something away.

Oh good. Since my father is a lawyer I've had plenty of time to abserve yuppies in their natural habitat (coffee houses and cocktail parties). I can easily play a yuppie.
