I've just been to the Amateur Football Associations website and determined that the 15th of September is Grand Final day. So there is no way I can say for certain that I will be able to attend a meet-up on that day.

The meet-up is during school term. So the chances of me coming are now very slim

I don't want to read thru 166 messages in this thread to work out what you guys are planning. So, could someone briefly tell me when, where, who etc., you are planning to meet? I live in Croydon and work in Mulgrave (near Monash Uni.)
(Of course, you guys maynot be interested in meeting an "old f**t" like me who left school about 40 years ago!!

Briefly, we've been trying to organise meet-ups in each capital on the 15th of September, followed by a possible 'national' meet-up on the 28th of December starting at the MCG for the third day of the Boxing Day test and going on from there...

I like the on-line meet-up idea. It's the ONLY way I can get to any meet-up(Broome's sort of isolated)
