Christmas markets

I don't know if you know this Bel, but for the last few years there's been a Frankfurt German market in Birmingham. It's very popular. A lot of the stalls there are food and drink too! It's a lovely place to wander around before Christmas with all the lights.

Thanks for that info, Elentari. I've heard about German Christmas markets in England, and how popular they are. They're popular here, too. But I prefer the smaller ones, which aren't so packed with people and have actually stalls with Christmas stuff. There's a lovely one in Hanau, which isn't farther away from us than the one in Frankfurt. We usually go there if we go at all.

I'm considering a guide entry on the Birmingham one, but I'm not at all sure I can make it detailed and long enough.

There's no law that entries have to be long. They should be interesting and factual, that's all. I know you can do that.
