Well, occasional shore leave is nice, but something tells me I should be getting back to the pelicans nest. Maybe I'll check out a couple bars first see what I can freemantle.

*saunters along the beach with the ladies in a hobble'ish way, in his hand*
Ach, I could get used to this. Any chance of getting to the top of one of these mountains? The view from up there must be spectacular

*Drags herself to shore and collapses under an umbrella. She's wearing large sunglasses, a big hat, top, short and many bandages over vicious looking bloody scratches.*
Any chance of a nice cold ?

*sips the and looks up and down the beach* Where can I spread my ? I was hoping for a beach umbrella, some beach boys playing beach volleyball, a beach kiosk providing beach drinks with tiny umbrellas, and a beach chair.

Oh, you can find all that and more right on the other side of the little cape over there, hardly more than 400 steps from here
Just follow the music. Listen, The Beach Boys are playing Good Vibrations

shagbark arrives and informs Captain.
While we were ashore, Flint showed up at the pelicans nest. Both Mari-Rae and Hickory fought him off , but it looks like he bested both of them. I set the NSDW to clean up the mess.

Oh dear
I hope he wasn't too hard on them? I did notice our Mari-Rae looked at bit dishevelled but then partying in the pelican's nest usually has that effect on her and I imagine swimming here must have washed away any blood stains.
I will return to The Blood tomorrow, I think. I hope the crew stays clear of Flint until then. And after. Always
They will if they know what's good for them
