yes they are. we usually bring a lot whenever we visit our brothers in norway and sweden. and only a few days ago i saw a lot of swedes stock up on cheap and in germany.

just a few years back those people would have been stopped at the border but after they joined the EU they are now stopped by the highway police for overloading. it's a weird world out there

well at least there is an easy and fun way to deal with the overloading problem

well, no, not really. overload like that will cost you a hefty fine . the police may even confiscate your car - *and* the !

and 'dealing with it in a fun way' will make you DUI - which may cost you even more

speaking of fines and pricey : a guy was caught shoplifting a of here yesterday. instead of paying 6 kroner for it he now has to pay a fine of 500 kroner

we take our very serious here, you know. something like -stealing in the old wild west, even if we don't hang people

thank goodness i won't be the driver then... or the thief

i will have to work out how to get the most in using a combination of oz and french passports...

my sister like many other danes has two danish passports: one for travelling in arabic countries and one for travelling to israel

probably not much of a duty free allowance in some of those places i would have thought...
