Aft is that way and starboard is right, that is if you are facing the pointy bit.

Portside lanterns are always left red, see?
Just as the nose when you have had too much port, see?

Should be easy to remember on this ship... smiley - erm

Is there a little red port left?

Before I got chucked out of the Brownies (many, many moons ago) we used to play a game called port and starboard. I can't remember exactly how it went, but it involved a lot of running about!

I was just wondering if we could call in to Portofino when we next sail the Med? It is one of my fave spots and the bones of St George are reputed to be in the little church on the hill. I just fancy a panini.

Captain Sir, I have a suggestion. Since there will soon be many cabins, and to look at them all, you must click more conversations, could you please maybe show a list of all the cabins, to make navigation easier? On your own time, of course.smiley - smiley

I have been thinking of that myself, first mate, but I haven't had the time yet - and there are still so many people coming in every day I would have to update that list very often smiley - erm

Plus: I don't know yet how to make that list. I was thinking about something like the list of the zaphodistas (as seen on my "my space"), but maybe you have a better idea?

Well, actually, I thought if you actually made a replica ship, (Out of Tables) then you could label each cell as each room. However, since there are quite a few cabins, and The wonderful boat isn't exactly square, that wouldn't work too well.

Captain, Sir, I have a request. It has come to my attention that there will be a double birthday party next monday. I request permission to use the Main Messroom and the Lighthouse bar to organize the party there smiley - smiley

Can I add to that? How about the party lasting all day so that people like me (Who live in a seperate time zone) won't arrive, smiley - oj in hand, ready to party, when no-one's around!

If I am allowed to organize this one (which is basically what I was hired for), I'll start decorating the day before, so that I can open up both places the night before, for a pre-party smiley - smiley
In that case, if anything needs to be done, I'll know in time, so that I won't have to worry about it during the actual party smiley - smiley

Let the party commence ~hic~ smiley - winkeye (remember that line, Pierce smiley - winkeye?)
