hey i'm new here and i have to agree - those jumpers are definitely scary! i've known small children burst into tears at the sight of them (ok, so perhaps i invented that bit...)

Hello!
Happy Christmas everyone!
Yep, the jumpers are scary.
Who do you think they could have as Ford in the film?

Nooo way!
Everyone keeps on saying Jim Carrey should do Zaphod as well!
I had a thought about who could play Ford the other day actually. How about the guy who plays Pippin in Lord of the Rings?
he might be a bit too young though. Anyone know how old he is?
I'll check out the imdb site and see if I can find out

Sorry, I'm getting muddled now.
Anyone know what his real name is, that way I can shortcut looking up Lord of the Rings and then searching through the character list.

ah. I see.
Found out after doing some maths that he's roughly 34 (I think), so he's the right sort of age. though David Dixon and Simon Jones were slightly younger.

couldn't remember what martin freeman looked like- then I saw the pic. Think he might be ok as arthur after all.
...I was a bit not sure about the casting you see

have to admit tho that i haven't heard of several of the cast. but i'll maybe know them when i see them. Bill Nighy should be good. think he'll be a bit funny too.
