Sorry Idiotboy! Welcome to h2g2 - the unconventional guide to life the Universe and Everything! I am Abi and I am the Deputy Community Editor and this is the newcomer's thread so if you have any questions now is the time to ask them!

And in case you haven't got any questions, won't you *please* think of some anyway, so we don't feel so neglected and unwanted? (Make them easy, so we don't feel insufficient, but so hard that we feel a little bit challenged anyway.)

Apart from that, there's several other reasons for my absence. First of all, I finished school 'bout a month ago, which meant my web-connection changed from "whenever you want, absolutely free" to "whenever your sister will let you borrow her computer, for a wagonload of money". And in addition to that, I've been busy vacationing for the last couple of weeks with festivals and scout camps and the like.

But I should be able to get in here a little more regularly from now on.

Hi everyone! Just thought I'd drop by and see how things are. I'm using a library computer (which is good, 'cos I don't have to pay), so I haven't got long. Anyway, I'm on my vacation, and looking for a job. Hopefully something will turn up soon...

Well, I'd better go. And keep looking for employment!

Well, I'll be back properly in October, but it still won't quite be the same - I'm living out in Leamington, so will only get access to the uni computers during the daytime. And hopefully (!) I won't have too many 9 o'clock lectures...
