Fantastic - I shall make a fresh pot!
We should get some more newbies in here! What we are planning to do is get the italics in to explain their jobs and have a cuppa of course!

Ah, the joys of being on Annual Leave from by public duty. Hiya Zoe, I see it's the usual crowd around here, has the kettle boiled for my imminent arrival.

Hello all,
I have been reading the acres of newsprint about H***y P****r wondering what the attraction was & at last, thanks to Abi, I know. You get a free nose with every book huh? Cool! I'll have a large cappucino please.

Thanks for the warm greeting, Abi... ironic though, that one whose name is short, succinct, and to-the-point should be my door greet

...umm ... before I waste alot of time doing a statistical analysis of subject threads... is the Quest For The Blue Fish an official sub-culture here?

I'm confused. What is this forum actually for? Other than offering people digital food items? I was invited here but have no idea what I should say. Apologies...

Hi Jamie - this is a forum where you can come and chat and get to know some of the other researchers... and what better way to do that than over a nice, strong cup of tea?

Oh...well, that's nice. But it's night where I am so I'd rather a whiskey if it doesn't put anyone out!
This isn't much like the guide in the books is it...

*passes Jamie a whiskey* There you go, don't tell anyone...
The basic idea is the same as the Guide in the books, it's a kind of electronic encyclopaedia... the only problem is that you can't carry it around with you unless you have a WAP phone. It does, however, have "Don't panic" in friendly letters on the front page...

Digital Food Items. I like that. It reads like something that should be in hot-pink neon lights, flashing in the storefront window of an internet-cafe somewhere.

Well whiskey is my speciality.
*pours*
|_| there you go.
So Jamie what sort of Whiskey do you normally drink?

Jamie of the Portacabin Posted Jul 10, 2000
Black Label, naturally! He he! But I'm not averse to Famous Grouse if funds are tight!
So, are you all guide veterans or what? Any importnat stuff I should know, other than the stuff about submitting entries which I've read to death?
Key: Complain about this post
