Thanks to the scout who recommended it.
Toybox - I love doing Iles Flottantes - I've seen loads of recipes where you do the whites in the microwave, but I've never got it to work, despite following the instructions to the letter.
The English word for whipped, baked egg whites is:
Meringue!
