I agree a trip to the UK to meet some h2g2 researchers at a community event thingy would be great!
However...
...an h2g2 towel could never be a replacement for such a dream happening, it would be a great comforter to hold on to when remembering the Towers saying no to the few SAs being flown to meet the UKs!
But, on second thoughts...
...maybe such negativity should be banished! Why would the Towers outrightly deny such a simple request.

...a towel would be stupendously fantastic. Mark and Peta, could you please send some airtickets to us here in South Africa so we can come and collect our towels from you!

Don't Panic, I'm sure that someone involved in coming up with marketting schemes for the Hitchikers movie will think of designer towels. I not, we'll just have to go picket their studios

Terrific idea! (Well second to the other idea of course ) Give us flight number, date, time etc. We'll have to locate/contact the other SA h2g2s and the party will start at the airport!

The UAE boasts archaic regulation against alcohol consumption, dodgy music involving whacking a stick on the ground and hairy dwarf-women in black pyjamas.
Still, at least we've got some quite nice...sand. Everywhere has its good points don'tcherknow?
