The Upgrade is happening 10.30 am 'til 1.30 pm Tomorrow, as per the front page of the guide;
"We're pleased to announce a major upgrade to h2g2, courtesy of our all-singing, all-dancing Technical Team. The only downside is that h2g2 will be closed for three hours from 10.30am to 1.30pm GMT on Monday, 28 January. We apologise for the inconvenience, but it will definitely be worth it"
