I shall have to nag Shorty into getting to the bookstore. If you get to know her well enough, then you can tell your aprents that you're spending the day with Rachel (Shorty), her big sister, and (likely) their mom... Your parents don't have to know you met her here before you did IRL...

hmmm... yes... but my guess is that it is tough for someone w/o a drivers licence to get anywhere at any planned, specific time to meet someone at an obscure bookstore in the 'eart of Lnacaaster...

But she keeps saying that it's only 10 minutes away... And I know her mom (she'll be joining h2g2 soon, I think)--she'd have no problem taking her daughter to a Christian bookstore... Especially if I hinted, too...
