No, that line is much older than most people realize. I think I first saw it in a movie from back in the late '40s.

BTW: I remember the most recent use of the description I've seen, now. It was in Mask of Zorro, where Anthony Hopkins asks Antonio Banderas if he knows how to use it. The answer was very well delivered, if memory serves.
