The do have giant ants, giant scorpions, giant roaches (apparently that's what radiation does to insects) and a man with a tree growing on his head. It would take a few minutes to work out the controls and then it would work fine.
I bet I could find a program somewhere online that would let me put a bulbosaur into the game.
