Can I spit if a fly goes in my mouth? Because I might choke on it otherwise, and have to sue you for pain and suffering.

Still pretty disgusting though.

Why not use your fingers to get it out?

I beleive the new European Politically Correct View runs as followed.

Then all Fly related medical bills forwarded to others than the fly are voided or to be payed by the state? (or was that the 1995 fly edibility issues bill amendment????)

It is my personal belief that you are perfectly capable of the above mentioned act(unless it is a very huge fly and blocks your mouth completly). Whether it is allowed or not is another matter. However from personal experiance, I can state that Blue bottles taste like srawberry, so there is no reason for any spitting. So there

You could be environmentally friendly and let it live there for a while. Be pleased another living creature loves you!

Flys only live a few weeks, so is it worth it?

Could you not just move to somewhere less fly-ridden? Anyway, they say there's good eating on many insects. Does that include flies and if so does anyone know if the calorific content is less than the gonna-poison-you content?

I personally would rather suspect that the calorific content of a fly is minimal to say the least. The real question here, I would immagine, is would one want to allow a fly to house itself in ones' mouth, without the proper paperwork and without knowing it's place of origin. In these highly volatile times, all creatures should be made aware of the need for proper screening and beaurocratic procedure. After all, I'm sure we all know what happened to the old lady who swallowed a fly...a barage of undesirables followed.
