A pajama inaugural ball will be a first, I think. Not only does it rhyme, which would have been the key point, but it may also be in deference to the turnout of younger voters.
I'm sure the secret service are thrilled.

oh, btw - I think, though I'm not entirely sure, but I think that pajamas will be seen all over Wash. DC as pajama partygoers go from one party to the next. I mean, there will be lots and lots of parties all over town - and it's also usual for the pres. to visit a number of them.
