This seems to be a good, succinct Entry, MP.
There aree one or two typos:
'...A Begining > A Beginning
propbably > probably
coinsided > coincided
(You can find these by using the 'Find (on this page)' faclity in 'Edit' mode).
I thought that, in para 2 'A Scouting Start' it would be worthwhile mentioning the first Scout camp at Brownsea Island. This would give an excuse to link to the EG Entry 'Brownsea Island ' at A240904.

'attened a rally' > attended
'The first World Camp was held at Foxlease, Hampshire in 1924, this coinsided... Here it's worth pointing out that Foxlease is near Lyndhurst in the New Forest. Then you can link to The New Forest Hampshire' (A407701)
n.b the above sentence contains the typo 'coinsided' > coincided.

I'm not happy with this phrase: 'Sadly Lord Baden Powell died in 1941...'
Everybody has to die at some point ("the probability of death is 1") and of course it is always a sad event for someone. Perhaps something like, 'Sadly for the Scout and Guide movements...'

ok sorted I've also put in a link for the 'hero of the Siege of Mafeking’ because it occured to me that not everyone would know what that was

(I did look through the EG for Mafeking on your behalf, but found nothing). As you have probably elucidated, I'm very keen on links. So it would be worthwhile linking to one of the JKenya Entries, e.g. A778223.

There's at least one place where you've typed 'Scouts' with a lower case 's' and similarly 'Scouting for boys' > Boys.
(I used to be a Leader with Air Scouts, hence my interest in your Entry. It's amazing that there isn't already an Entry on BP!)

I know I was shocked too, I only found out because I was looking for a link for something I'm doing in the update forum

.
Also, just realised that Baden-Powell should be hyphenated. (I've been wondering whether - considering this is currently the only Entry on B-P - whether you should give a bit more of a potted biography (-Son of Oxford Prof of geometery; educated at Charterhouse, military service in India, Afghanistan, S.Africa. Military fame in the Boerv War as defender of Mafeking (I definitely feel you should mention that Mafeking was to do with Boer War). The rest of it isn't essential as I feel that someone should write a fuller biography)

i.e He was probably most famous at the time for being the 'hero of the Siege of Mafeking’ during the Boer War.

I didn't want to go too indepth about Baden powell himself as I don't know a lot about him other than his connection with Guiding

For a start can you get rid of the capitals in the title, and also the first header in the entry.
Secondly, some of the paragraphs look very short - can you either flesh them out a bit or join paragraphs together?
Thirdly, can you change the subheaders to headers?
Fourthly, the title as it is reads strangely - you've not written a brief guiding history, as that would include everything right up to the modern day. How about something like 'Lord Baden-Powell's Role in The Girl Guide Movement', as he didn't found Guiding, that was down to his sister, Agnes.

(Enjoying the poke) Well, I don't really know that much. I'm sure there are others on hootoo who're much more involved in Scouting than I, who could do a better job of it. However, it's definitely an Entry that should be written.
Incidentally, where you say something like (paraphrase) Peruaded his sister Agnes to update his book on Scouting, the 'Scouting' should be italicised.
There is still one place (at least where you have Scouts starting with lower case 's'.
