Forums and threads are about just about anything, everything under the sun and even the things within it(I think). 
Might wanna ask an ACE for/to get a better definition though.

it's not only fun it can be serious research too.
try typing a subject into the search h2g2 engine and you'll probably find that someone has written something on it ,if they haven't and it's something you know about ,you can write a entry on it maybe?
