no holds barred/submission/steel cage match?
thats what people want. they are forcing matches that would appear on raw as standard. its a PPV - do something a bit different!!

It was shown on Raw as part of this week in wrestling history. The match happend in 1991 at WCW Halloween Havoc and it featured a massive hell in a cell with an electric chair in a small cage that was in the middle of the ring and on the outside cage half way near the top was the switch. Abdulla the Butchure lost.
