Maybe it depends on what you are wearing...jeans? I don't get BBLint...I wonder why? My ex, as I remember had light greyish...but he always wore jeans too...I dunno....oh by the way we are from New York....
If you are bored, you can always go for a walk...some fresh air..it's good for the circulation...airs out the brain.....start thinking about things to do, whether it's making that phone call, writing a letter, cleaning out your closet, etc....make a list....cross them off one at a time when they are done...it makes you realize all that you have accomplished.
After you've done all that, go on vacation with a clear head!
If you are at work, you can clean up your desk area, spruce it up a little bit, some photos or plants etc....neaten up the files...at my job its neverending....(or of course, you can chat online!!!!)
If you are bored silly and lazy, take a short nap! Then get up, stretch and do some stomach crunches!
Whatever you do, don't eat if you are bored, depressed etc....that's the hardest habit to break = the hardest weight to lose.....

if jeans can affect BBLint (assuming here that you are referring to belly button lint) then you are wearing the jeans a bit high YOUCH! sorry, I was just imagining the levels of discomfort around my crotch...
