Quite possibly.
Also I've been thinking we should run these elections by proportional representation that is something we haven't done in any election on H2G2 before. What better way to educate the public.

Of weighing an internet persona? Maybe if you got the weight of the server at h2g2 hq and divided it by the number of researchers you might get some idea. One the other hand I'm probably talking a load of dogs nether regions.
