I'd love to hear your performance - or any performance come to that. Although I've been a member of various choirs, I've never managed to be part of a performance either, it must be a grand experience.
However, as part of my recent music studies I had to produce an edition of a small section of the Messiah, based on a number of different sources. Gave me a new perspective on the music and an appreciation of the editor's task. A very interesting exercise which makes me all the more keen to hear a good performance - or find an opportunity to sing it myself.
