Well, there's a for(u)m for applying, and theoretically all applicants should go there first, but since I've put off going there myself for so long and everyone's application is approved anyway you might as well just assume approval and come straight here

I cleaned the kitchen floor this morning. It was that or do some research. No contest.

I think I need a nap.

I've successfully put off hoovering the carpet for some time now. Posting this fact is my last ditch attempt to not do it.

I'm almost two days into a four-day break. So far I've put off cooking dinner yesterday, going to the shops this morning, working on sub-editing one of Bluebottle's University projects and cutting down some cider bottles to make glasses for a friend who runs a cider business.

I think I really need to watch Return of The Jedi now.

I suppose you're right, it's not quite procrastination. But my mind is on other things, which pretty much results in the same thing.

I've tidied my room.

It was either that, or several other things I'd really rather not take care of. Things I probably should take care of.

But I've got a tidy room

Perhaps a special holiday should be created to purpose of promoting appreciation of procrastination, Non-Procrastination Day, perhaps to be celebrated on the day before one's birthday.

Yes, but pushing for a special holiday cuts into my procrastination time.

Which reminds me, its laundry day and at least three weeks since I've done any except a cursory hand wash.

I could rationalize, I suppose, and pretend its because I don't want to disturb the kangaroo-rat nesting in the heap.

Maybe you could put pictures of foxes and snakes in the laundry room to scare the kangaroo rats away.
