*Gathers up the smiley - pirate's collection of smiley - thepost and crumbles them into the fireplace. Removes all the references to w*rk and throws them in as well.*

Have you got anything else that will start a good, warm blaze?

'HooTooDate 42.12706'

These are the continuing voyages of the Starship H2G2 Rather Angry Dolphin, Captain Shirps commanding.

We had been told to patrol the Nebulous Sector, and observe the in-fighting between the Neo-Vikings and the Romulans. As usual the Neo-Vikings were using their LongStarships to good effect, causing panic amongst the Romulans and waving their axes in all directions.

I was looking longingly at Bones, who for some reason was trying to stand as far away from me as he could, when Scotty, the Chief Engineer rushed onto the bridge. He was holding a wriggling, gurgling bundle - the latest addition to my family. "I cannae hold this bairn, Cap'n! It's the nappy! It cannae hold any more! It's goin' to blow!"

I discovered recently that our new law about names allowes me to have my grandmother's maiden name (or mother's) if I want to. To carry on the name, is the reason. That sounds kinda tempting. I may even consider it, I mean having my ex'es name gets boring and I have lived long enough with my own maiden name as well and anyway, that sounds like fun. smiley - biggrin
