Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde

Welcome all Muses!!! smiley - magic

Muse Goshoogoshoogosh, also known as Gosho, proceeded to deface all the fan clubs he was in with dribble about Barry Manilow and chocolate-coating.

Does the unbearable agony he dragged many researchers through call for punishment!?? If so, what sort of Musehome Community Service should he have to do!??

Um, Dragonfly, I have to be honest with you
and admit that some of the blame falls on me.
If I hadn't started with the idea of chocolate-
covered Elvis, this whole thing might have been
avoided. I know Gosho got carried away and went
way, way overboard with it, but I put the original
idea into his head.

Also, in the context of your post, I think "drivel"
would work better than "dribble," which is a basketball
term I believe. smiley - smiley

I would argue that the merits of Barry Manilow or
any other performer are open to debate. Some researchers
might find his music charming, while others might
not. I was forced to sing his "Copacabana" at a nursing
home recently, and it served to keep the patients
awake. I think that was a good thing, though I could
be wrong.

Of course Gosho shouldn't be punished! Let's blame Paul instead! smiley - biggrin

Do you know what you have gotten
yourself in for, Ottox? As my community
service, I will probably write a 287-verse
epic poem that you will have to read.
Think how THAT will sit on your conscience!

I don't object to Barry Manilow as much as I object to having him covered in chocolate ...

"The idea of BM covered in chocolate frightened me horribly"

Actually, SM, it scared me a little, too. Chocolate
is just not the right color scheme for our Barry.....
But maybe his former girl friend, Lorna Luft, wouldn't
mind it. smiley - smiley

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

Goodness! BM in chocolate! I'd rather not have that mental image implanted within the limitless expanses of my brain, thank you very much!
Punishment must ensue, methinks! smiley - devil

The nature of the Community Service? Hmm... that's a tough one... smiley - winkeye

I suggest he be put on a weekly timetable, with certain tasks on certain days. One day he could, for example, have to act as Greebo's personal donut attendant, serving his every doughy need. smiley - silly

Dragonfly. "A poet can survive everything but a misprint"-- Oscar Wilde

Herrrmmm.... well, you know.... his actions lasted for only a few hours... I don't think making him be a slave to others for a week is very fair...

I think we need to determine the severity of his actions... He was having fun and just being silly, but he also defaced many fan clubs and struck fear into the hearts of researchers. It's almost a terrorist attack.

smiley - laugh

Ok... that was inappropriate. It was definately not even remotely close to terrorist activities, although it did make me want to stay home. smiley - tongueout

It took him a few hours to cause his playful damage... what's fair!?? Five hours of Community Service!?? Ten hours!??

We could take turns sharing him as a smiley - cake attendant.

Or maybe he has an artistic talent that could be put
to use. Is there anything in the MuseHome that we
would actually want to see covered in chocolate?
