This is a good guide entry but there is a few things that need to be put right first.
I probably read it wrong but I think that the first sentence in the first point made needs to start with make sure.
In the second point made the steam link should be steam it link because the guide entry link is referring to how to steam food.
Also in the second point I don't understand the difference between the second and third sentence. Either there is a difference and I would love to know or the third sentence is repeating. So I think that they need to be looked at.
In the fifth point I think there needs a punctuation mark in between hand and it. I am not sure which punctuation mark but I am sure someone will help you there.
Overall I think it is a good guide entry like I said and I found it interesting.

Hi!
Thanks for rescuing a 'snappy' entry!
I'd like to suggest that it's a bit short, for such a large (or at least expensive) topic.
I'd like to suggest some things that might help you to 'fatten it up' a bit.
For one, there are not 'only two ways to cook lobster'. Lobsters can be baked, grilled, saute'd as well as boiling or steaming. Only the method for dispatching the critter changes (a sharp knife, inserted through the carapace just behind the eyes - I think - is a preferred method).
Second, when you go to boil or steam the lobster, be sure to get the water boiling and insert the lobster head first. Better for both you and the lobster in that it's suffering will be shorter.
Third, it may not be accurate to say that the shell is inedible. The shell and other leftovers can be used to make stock.
Nutcrackers (or, better still, seafood crackers) are helpful, but a pick or two (nutmeat pick?) will help you recover even more of the flavourul meat.
The tail and claws are certainly the most convenient parts, but the body holds some lovely meat, and some people swear by the 'guts' (I believe they refer to it as tomale?)
Have fun investigating as you report! A researcher's life is so hard.

You are going to have to do better than this. Adding one sentence and a scattering of links does not constitute a Flea Market rescue.

Good luck with your rescue, but I agree above, needs more meat.
Did you know you can 'hypnotise' lobsters into going to 'sleep' so they don't snap at you when you chuck em in a boiling hot pan of water? There's a method that involves tucking their tails under them and placing their claws just 'so' - then rubbing their backs.
You could also try addig in some 'serving suggestions' as such.
And the fact they change colour when cooked. Yes, they do turn red when cooked, but what turns red? The inside? the shell? from what colour?
And Maine lobsters are suppsoedly the best? Well I tried lobster for the first time in Vanuatu, and I tell ya, mmm mmm (although the coconut crab is mighty tasty too)
Sure, this is a nice idea for an Entry, and maybe 5 years ago it would have slipped into the EG under the cover of darkness, but we really do need more these days

Surely, condoning boiling animals alive is against the house rules?

I'd agree that a bit more substance would be nice.
The second sentence jumped out at me - "It is native to New England (US) and is a delicacy in other parts of the country."
To me that sounds as if lobsters are confined to one small part of the US - in fact there are species to be found all over the world, so it's a bit misleading.
The following line made me read it twice:
"If you insist on taking the matter of cooking it rather than letting some other sucker willing to risk a body part,"
How about
"If you insist on cooking it, rather than letting some other sucker risk a body part,"? It seems so much clearer.
As mentioned, there are a lot more ways to cook it, too. A flavour of some of those might be nice.
