NYC Student - The innocent looking one =P Posted Apr 10, 2003
Truth be told, as an organization we get plenty of generous grants from various heretofore unnamed sources, and we use every cent wisely to keep our villainous henchmen with enough hazard pay and side benefits to keep working for us.
You have to admit, if anything is like running a business, supervillainy is.

*a black line appears on a wall, rotates 90 degrees and a SuperHero steps out of the portal dressed in his finest spandex, cape a flutter (despite the absence of any wind) and boots. He adopts the now famous "Steely Eyed - I'm not messing about" gaze*
On behalf of the H2G2 forces of Justice and Law we are here to apprehend the one known as NYC.
