Oh, and they have rules about remote loading of images - in that you're not allowed to do it. At least, I believe they have.

I've just signed up for a virgin student card. Consequently I've suddenly garnered a whole new e-mail address and what looks like a host of other options including "uploading" I'll report back when I've had a more detailed perusal myself. I *will* get these photos up here somehow...

Clive, if you need ftp space for you photo's just send them to one of us... we've all got room... I've still got around 1.9 Gigs worth left

Nice... all I've got is 10mb (but it came with a .co.uk domain name which is nice too ) and it's nearly full.

Aha! I've got my webcam working properly at last! Except that the program causes my computer to reset every ten minutes or so...

I've got far too much webspace left... but that's okay because I keep using it, and it's got PHP and MySQL and all sorts. And it's free - did I mention that? The trouble is, they run a cron job on their server every day which deletes *.zip, *.mp3 and so forth so I can't put GuidePost on there - so I have the website (in PHP) on that account and put the zip files on my webspace here at university. What a mess!! But at least I get to use PHP...
