Hih, now we have a bit of snow here.
Well 2 weeks seems to be a long holiday but we have invented so many things to do that we can always laugh when someone mentions: "We can do it in holiday." Best thing to do is forget all work and relax complete. I'm going to be so lazy that I almoust start to hate myself. Tomorrow evening will be eating and eating...
We have plenty of movies that we haven't watch so it is better to start with them. Almoust start the Middle-Earth Roleplaying but some friends leave home for holidays so we have to wait to January. But yes, RELAX would be the proper word.

*the door opens and Lil enters carrying a large tote bag*
Merry Christmas everybody!
*hands a small gift to Lord Falk which will unwrap to reveal a gold pocket watch is his initials engraved on the lid in complicated script*
*maneuvers a large box out of the bag and eases it onto a nearby table* Mari-rae, this is for you! *this will unwrap to reveal an Ortho-Flex western saddle, specially sized to fit Cookie*
Any tea going?

Thank you, Lil!!! How thoughtful of you! Merry Christmas, darlin'! I love it!
Here you are Mi'Lord, some nice hot magenta tea for you and a plateful of Christmas cookies too. Lil, may I get you some also?

Yes please.
What I love about the ortho-flex models is how they let a horse gain and lose weight without ever pinching in the shoulder or rubbing the back.
I think I'd like plain orange pekoe to go with the cookies.

Okay it is the Boxing Day and all of my family (except me) are going to visit some relatives. This is one of the Finnish tradition but I'm just going to relax and stay home all the day. Now it is getting, uh, -10 degrees...

*brews a pot of orange pekoe for Lil.*
Sugar, or cream? Lord Falk, that sounds like our weather here. We have -8 degrees (farenheit)with a stiff wind blowing. Very frigid. Someone explain to me why I love winter, again? Lil, how are your plans for moving to New Mexico coming along?

Lord Falk LeGrey Posted Dec 26, 2000
The Winter has finally came here!
*takes a sip of tea*
Hihii, I got a lavalamp for Christmas present. I could stare that lamp for ages, it just travels up and down through to bottle. What a weird thing!
Indeed, Christmas is always good time to lost your time in stupid things. At the end of holidays you realize that you haven't done anything! But hey! That's vacation!

*flutter of wings*
Hi, may I have some Earl Grey with hot milk?
Hmm, it seems to be quiet on h2g2. I finally escaped from my parents place, although it was nice, but this food! So much! And my relatives - well nice on, but after 3 days that's really enough!
I was very happy, cause direct at 24th we become snow!!! And it was snowing all the time till today afternoon. So finally I got White Chistmas - first time after 4 or 5 years - wonderful!!

*Bustles around getting Kasia's tea and hotting up Lord Falk's and Lil's cups.*
I suppose you would say no to these cookies, Kasia? *Sets a heaping plate of Christmas cookies before them.*
Will there be a New Year's Party at Crossed Purposes?

*eats cookie*
Mmmm... Yummy!
Oh, the New Year's Eve... There will be lot of celebrating at this time of the year. And big plans for that special night?
Last year was a bit of commercial thing with all that Millennium stuff... Uh, I can only guess that for next 5 years they're going to prove every year to be Millennium... 2000, 2001 and 2002, does it really matter, we have been here ages.
*tries to take a sip from tea but something strange happens*
* flies out from the tea carrying small with her *
Okay, could someone tell me what this is all about?
* rushes from the corner and takes the *
* follows the and to outside *
Hehee, cute little things...
But I think they drank my tea...

It Never snows on the Isle of Wight, so I've never seen a Wight Christmas.
I travelled over from the Island to Southampton for 2 days, and the ground here is covered with snow. So I phoned home to the Island, which is about 25 miles away, and asked if they had had snow. And of course they haven't.
That's the trouble with living in the warmest place in the UK...
So, is there any Christmas cake left?

*Brings out a covered dish and sets it before BB. There is the remains of a Christmas cake looking as though it had seen better days.*
Or, I have fresh cherry pies just out of the oven. I can give you a slice after they cool a bit. What would you like? How about some tea while you decide? I have seen a photo of the Isle of Wight. You have a lovely beach.

Any particular beach? There is 64 miles of coastline, you know... But having a 5-mile long bay of golden sand outside your front door when you live in the town which has, three times in the last ten years, been the official Sunniest Place in the United Kingdom (and the town 2 miles away, Shanklin, has been the Official Sunniest Place once) has it's advantages....
...which you only really realise when you've left to live somewhere else. And it also means that you NEVER get snow...
That's one thing I noticed when I went back for the week - in Sandown, there isn't anywhere where you cannot hear the sea. I'd never noticed that before - I'd always grown up with it as a background noise.
But, can I have a slice of Christmas cake? I love traditional Christmas Cake - can never get enough of it.
