OK, this is something I made up a year or two ago. It's a bit like Pig-Latin, but looks like, well, Klingon. It's also a bit more visual that Pig-Latin, which is more verbal.
You take a word, for example 'Thaumaturgical'
You then split it into it's component syllables..
Thau - mat - urg - ic - al
Then turn each syllable round..
Uaht - tam - gru - ci - la
Add apostrophies in the gaps..
Uaht'tam'gru'ci'la
Hey presto! Instant Klingon. All that remains is to bark it out in an aggressive roary voice. To make it look better you can give random words a capital letter.

cool, Like it.
kind of reminds be of a school friends secret language he called Doulfouble Dulfutch. you add LF after each vowel or combination of vowels, the repeat them and continue on with the word, he was pretty much fluent, some words get insteresting, Alfalfa for instance, as well as a few that come out sounding decidedly unsavoury

Yeah, we had more-or-less exactly the same thing at our school, but our went LG
So, 'hello' became 'helegelologo'. Very confusing....
