es for everyone and an extra big for Spit! I think we should all give up our jobs, sell all our houses and possessions and start a r2d2 commune where we sit round all day in the sun, smoking ciggies in the fresh air so it doesn't bother C, having a constant beer and BBQ party where we keep the fire burning and chuck on food whenever we want it. I'll get a wee caravan with a PC in for those who have a serious posting habit to maintain.

D'you know what I really want right now? A cream tea! Haven't had a proper scone, jam and clotted cream for years and I thought bout it this morning and now I really want one!

You won't believe this Deaks, but as I finished my chicken salad at dinner time (low cal, no dressing - got holiday pounds to shift) Mr Spit waved a strawberry scone infront of me and I was unable to resist -and very nice it was too. I'll get him to send you one

I'm imagining sitting in a nice garden with a glass of cold milk and a clotted cream scone! Skooshy cream aint gonna do it, I'm afraid, has to be thick clotted cream!!!

And I would love one of those lemonade Sparkle ice lollys, haven't seen them for years!
