Clear and well written -
Get rid of the technical bit at the end though - people can read that on the back of the game if they're thinking about buying it.

A review? My concern is that that wouldn't really be in keeping with the Writing Guidelines. A review, to my knowledge, is generally a one-sided, opinionated piece.
Echidna, if you want this in the Edited Guide, you need to make sure that there's no bias about it. I think the actual text is actually pretty good, but maybe you could change the title so it doesn't have the word "review" in it.
Coming along nicely!

This could be awkward. I entered A3698274 into PR a few weeks ago, but it seems to clash with this entry.

Hmmm... good point, GodBen. Your entry did come first, therefore I would give it precedence, but I'm not sure what the accepted rule is on this?

Unfortunately in this instance I have to agree with GB and EMR. The presence of a piece about all of the GTA games already in PR does put a bit of a spoke in this. Plus this review does read a lot like advertising I'm afraid. Having owned the game and completed it myself, I do agree it's a lot of fun and great but the EG requires unbiased information rather than opinion.
Unfortunately I don't think this entry is in keeping with the guidelines and it would be best to remove it from Peer Review. However, there's nothing stopping someone from searching for GTA using the search function and finding your article right at the top.

I did a search for 'grand theft auto' before I wrote my article and there weren't any entries describing the Vice City version. I posted my article 5 weeks ago and GodBen posted his about 3 weeks ago so why do you say that he wrote his first?

I'm sorry Echidna; you're quite right that you did post first. However, and I'm sorry if I'm putting this too bluntly, GodBen's entry is more detailed and more informative in a factual, encyclopedic way. It follows the Writing-Guidelines , which are the ultimate be-all and end-all of what's appropriate for Peer Review. That is why I am inclined to allow GodBen's entry to take precedence in this case, and it's not that your writing is bad or anything. It's just that a *review* is less suited to the Edited Guide and more suited to something like collective, which I'm a big fan of, incidentally.

WHY is it that whenever I type "Writing-Guidelines" it doesn't highlight and go all linky like it does whenever anyone else types it?! Am I spelling it wrong or something?

You have to put certain tags around it. Go to <./>Named Entries</.> and it will explain.

I just have to say that I did a search for 'Grand Theft Auto' and 'GTA' before I wrote my entry and I didn't find this entry either. But it took me several weeks to write my entry in MS Word before I posted it on the site.

I've changed my entry back to how I wrote it originally (in first person). How do I move it to the Alternative Writing Workshop?

Good idea, Echidna. Perhaps there you'll get an audience better suited to the content.
First, go to the Peer Review page, and click the little asterisk next to the entry to remove it from Peer Review. Then go to the entry itself, and click the 'Submit for Review' button. This will allow you to select the review forum you want to submit it to -- in this case, the AWW. It works much the same as Peer Review, except for a different style of entry.
Best of luck in the AWW!

I went to the peer review and found a link labelled remove and was told that the entry had been removed from peer review, but the option to (re)submit it for review hasn't appeared. I just get the edit entry button.

HMMM!!! *looks very serious and hmmm-y*
You're right! Okay try this...go to the 'edit entry' page and scroll to the bottom and see if the box saying 'Not For Review' is tagged. It might be that when you first remove something it automatically does that.
