Too much black has the same effect, that’s true. But makes me feel 
after a few sips! Some herbal teas are fine! Camomile tea is fine before going to bed!

I haven't really tried that much in the way of herbal teas - I got put off quite easily early on...

The only tea I don’t like at all is peppermint tea. It tastes like chewing gum and tooth paste! Ugh!
