*Kat puts the sheet of paper round and quickly spins round to infront of Jack*

Okay smart guy, that's enough. You tell me right now and let me be your doctor and friend or I'm relieving you of duty. I'm here to get a job done and you are part of it as well as my friend. I've already spoken to the colonel so there's no point stressing over it any more. I could work round it carefully but I'm not going to because I have to send you off-world and I'm not going to until you stop this.

*blinks* I'd be intrugued to know what the colonel told you *works his jaw in irritation*

I don't want to pull rank on you Jack but I will. Now out with it and I'll let you take the super sexy First Aid satchel instead of the clunky old one.

Well no *sets down the satchel* I'd like to know how the colonel would know anything about my life outside the base in the first place, because if shes told you something it would mean she does, I mean what does this mean not only having my life slowly ruined I'm having it investigated too </>

*raises eyebrows*
The colonel has details on all of us. She knows where we live, who our friends are, where they live, what brand of baked beans we like...She has to, with us working here. Besides...*cough* your mother called

*stops and leans on the table* You know, sometimes I wonder why I thought I could juggle working in the military with the rest of my life

I came into the military precisely because it's impossible to do. You have to *live* the military at this level. So you tried to juggle it...?

Funnily enough Jack....yes I am. I don't just sit around patching people's bodies when they are careless enough to get themselves injured. I'm the base psychologist too.

I can also safely say that I've NEVER said that in my entire medical career. How long have we worked together? You know me better than that.
