She's in street clothes, and has left her disguise in the trunk. The coffeeshop is not crowded at this time of day, and the owner is familiar with the strange folks who work at "NORAD", and tends to find it best to stay out of their conversations. He chooses not to ask what Scandrea is doing to the SIM card in her phone.*

*She pops the card back into her phone and places a call. Guess who.*

Hello, General O'Neill? I was wondering if you had any information on what was going on with the command structure in the Mountain. Respectfully, sir, we weren't informed of a new commander.

A holy mess. Last time I saw her, she was locked up. And this Colonel fellow is an... erm... jack@$$, really. I mean, if we were playing Risk here, he'd be OK, but we're not.
