kelli - ran 2 miles a day for 2012, aiming for the same for 2013

If the trip in to the Zoo on the 6th isn't too harrowing, I might be able to persuade husband that a day out for us and t'Boy and t'Other in Kew would be a good idea, but making no promises as it depends on the weather and everyone's mood...

STRANGELY STRANGE ( A brain on a spring )

I have never been to one of these meets and as said I would like to try to get to the Kew Gardens one, depending on health on day.
I do have a question though, I have made no secret of my mental health problems on here as get advice and help on here and maybe even help others, however I haven't told my family as they have enough worries of their own. So what I was wondering is would it be possible to go and only use my user name I use on here (Strangely Strange) and for none of the photos taken on day of me to be put on line?
It is just if ever my family have to find out about my mental illness I would rather have my own way of telling them, and not by chance on the internet.

smiley - biggrin using hootoo nicknames is probably a lot easier than using "real" names. Nobody would recognise your real name anyway smiley - smiley
(I do hope however that nobody expects me to show up in my hippopotamus outfit. public transport is not hippo-friendly. can I come disguised as human? more or less human??).

as for photo's .. shouldn't be much of a problem .. so I think ..

SS. It isn't usually a problem... Just remind anyone who takes photos to respect your privacy, and not to post on any web-sites.

FYI, I take loads of photos, so don't be surprised if I take any of you, but I have never posted any online, as I deem them my photos, but others' property until they say otherwise.

To date I have 330 H2G2 photos from five Meets and 0 online, and I shall continue that policy, out of respect to the individual or group, so please do not be offended if I do take a few. You can always ask me to delete them.

Maybe you'd be kind enough to take a few Group photos for us on the day?

We've never had anyone arrested at a meet. Yet. Although.... there was that incident with the police man on the horse outside No10 Downing street a few years back, then the cafussle in the pub that time, and the irate Tourist on err whatever bridge it was who we interigated about nighthoover..... and then... smiley - raisedeyebrow I oughta stop there, don't want to frighten no one off smiley - evilgrinsmiley - handcuffssmiley - bluelight

Hmmm, actually, you are correct. I always thought they were. How strange. Good job you posted that otherwise I'd have looked very daft at the tube station...
