*The Professor teleports in...*
Hey guys!
For me at least, the new year (and apparently the new millenuim, hence the new century and decade), will begin shortly, but first we will look back with Angus Deayton (or however his name's spelt) at the scandal of this past year, and listen to a spot of Jools Holland...
Matina, a or San Betian Seawater please, thankyou...
Erm, Chris

Looney has already crossed over, and apparently feels like it too!
And Professor, you have a couple of hours yet, eh?
Mike is fine! It's pouring rain in Plymouth, he and his family had their big party at the home of a family friend last night, and Mike has a friend sleeping over at his place tonight.
And I have done the ritual cleaning of house, laundry and self and the bayberry candle is ready to be lit.

Yep, 2 hours and 12 minutes as I type this...
Hey, it's good to know Mike's doing fine...
There we go, three smileys at a pop...

Some of the Earth-born residents on the Space Station are bound to cause a riot...

Ladies and gentlemen, here's a little competition to start the new year. A radio station I listen to is playing the top 500 songs of 2000, as selected by their listeners. Number One will be played at 6pm Tuesday my time (5am Tuesday GMT). Let's see if one of us can pick the Number One.
My guess is Hey Jude - by the Beatles.

*flutter of wings*
HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!!!
Just returned from a wonderful RL-party, and we had some snow, too, so it was just perfect
Hmm, about the song - Loony, you could be right about 'Hey Jude' (one of my favourite songs ), but methinks it could be 'Yesterday' - Beatles of course, cause I'm pretty sure it will be a Beatles song

11:21 pm, east coast time. Just thought I'd drop in before all the ISP's implode.
We have to brace ourselves for the possibillity of really bad news, like the all-time number one being the Macarena. A lot of people liked that song, who never enter through these trendy doors...
