Has anyone figured out how to get past that yellow river after the sliding squares? In the Dr Who doogle game?

I shouldn't have read the comments on one of the Crazy Frog youtube videos - can you believe there's actually someone out there who thinks the frog is a copycat of 'What does the fox say'

You know what makes you feel safe about this year's NaJoPoMo? Having a subject up your sleeve for several days now, and still have it, because you've managed to come up with several other subjects.
This year might actually be first time I manage to make it through all of November. Maybe.

It's Sunday, it's nearing the end of NaNoWriMo, and rather than writing to finish my story I'm rebuilding the NoPandas website.
Mostly, this is because I think I did it wrong to start with. I did it to support the Endangered Creatures book, with some short stories and snippets. The problem was though I reckon, that I did it to show off clever code. Really it should be much simpler to see what's what and where, as well as give people a better idea about me as the author. Basically answering all the questions I seem to currently be asked.
So today, rather than writing, I'm coding. Again.

Clever coding probably wouldn't impress me much, since I'm not a true
What gets to me though is that there are still sites out there that only work in IE. *stops herself from using ugly words*

To be honest, I don't even think you'd have noticed the coding. It just made the site smoother, and slicker.
But the focus was away from the content I think. Or rather, away from easily being able to find the content.

One of the first easily navigated sites I came across, without a lot of commercials slowing it down, was Systembolaget (the company who has a monopoly on selling alcohol above a certain percentage in Sweden).
Best of all, they import the outgoing stock from yesterday each morning, which means you can check out if your local store has your favourite beverage in stock.
Here's the English version:

Up, up, higher up! Drat, I'm subsribed to too many journals! And not just because of NaJoPoMo, it's the ones I follow regularly.
Matina, some spinache for the unaus and a hot chocolate with a bit of rum for me please

A two-toed sloth.
Funny you should ask. I don't expect to be fit to write a journal until tomorrow, when the Ativan finally leaves my system completely.

Ay, two-toed, unlike the three-toed ones. Big difference

Don't feed them fast carbs though, they tend to wreak havoc when they find themselves energetic for a change...

Wohoo - only five more journal postings to come up with. I might actually make it all through November, which would be a first for me (I think I've tried twice before, but ran out of inspiration).
Matina, a G&T s'il vous plait

I've had this keyboard for too long, some of the keys are worn blank. To think I ever doubted it being 'waterproof'. It is. And it's turning out to be the longest lasting keyboard ever since I got my first home computer. Or work computer. Any computer. And I'm awake at silly o'clock.

You certainly are!
My netbook has become shiny with use, as well. So far, however, the only part of any key symbol that has come loose is part of the down arrow.
Key: Complain about this post
