Ah, yes, in my last tea-run, I got Vanilla Sleepytime Tea instead of regular, just to see what it was like.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I woke up way too early this morning because I left the heat on overnight and woke up feeling roasted.

*Kitty expresses some concern at the idea that he might be causing this reaction; very few modern humans react to cave lion fur. It could of course be due to having been playing with some modern kittens recently.*
*Kitty pops out for a bath in glacier water.*

I wonder whether anyone has got back to Kitty since I reported the problem.

I have a coffee a day,and herbal teas the rest of the time. Or occasionally Earl Grey. My current herbal tea of choice is Twinings Pure Peppermint, having just finished some Tick Tock Rooibos.

*Kitty thanks Lil for her interest and reports that neither Kitty nor aendr have received a reply. Kitty wonders if there is anything else aendr ought to try.*

I've lately been drinking far more tea than coffee. Partially because coffee has been bothering my hiatal hernia, and partly because I have a good supply of very good teas from a local source. My favourite has been a Masala Chai that is very spicy and not at all cloyingly sweet.

AVG and coffee, in any order.
Found a pub along the road and joined in their quiz. The three of us came 7th out of 8. Apparently the American tennis player who is the World number 8, and whose name sounds like a fish, isn't Bob Salmon. Oh well.

It is of course Mardy Fish. Who possibly has the best name of any sportsman ever. Even better than the footballers Stern John and Norman Conquesr

Tea every time for me. The correct loose leaf tea from the appropriate caddy for each time of day. Unless I'm at work, when it's whatever tea bags teh office supplies.
In the spirit of (ir)relevant name games, there's a guy I know called Tudor Britton who really ought to be a historian instead of working in IT.

I drink tea in a morning and coffee during the day usually. Like both.
Going to take a trip to A and E this morning. i fell down on Monday when drunk and hit my head quite hard. Still have a pounding headache and feel rather sick. My friends have decided it is worth me getting checked out. i don't like hospitals

Mr. Dreadful - But really I'm not actually your friend, but I am... Posted Nov 4, 2011
I can handle coffee in small doses, and it can't be anything too strong. I made that mistake on Wednesday when I was Really Tired and decided I needed waking up. I got half-way down the (medium) cup and was scared that if I drank any more I'd have a heart attack... as it was I was buzzing until lunchtime.
Tea is a truly marvellous thing and I suspect it genuinely is The Cure For All Ills. If there were a school of alternative medicine that centered around drinking tea I'd be all over it.
Marmite is marvellous, I do think that the reason why many don't like it is because they don't use it properly (i.e. they slather it on like jam, or at least have it served to them that way)... it has to be in almost homeopathic quantites with plenty of (preferably unsalted) butter). On toasted white bread. White. This is important.

Hope you're ok, nicki. Let us know how you get on.
Relevant surnames? Mr T used to have a dentist called Gummers. And there was a sandwich shop in Glasgow called Roland Butter - same as someone who was at univ with Mr T.
My coffee drinking habits need curtailing. Harrrumph. I've had a couple of really high BP measurements recently
I suspect White Coat Syndrome had quite a lot to do with it but need to lose weight, reduce salt and watch the diet and coffee anyway. The thought of yet more pills appalls me.
