[k] - have been feeling dreadful (note, lower case D) all weekend. Can't relly face work today but going in anyway. Last time I had unrelenting nausea that lasted this long I was expecting t'Other, seems wrong to have it again with not even a to look forward to at the end of it!

Incidentally, if this keeps up I am going to do a test. Despite the huge unlikeliness of it coming up positive. Am avoinding coffee today just in case which is just making everything *much* worse.

I think I need some help. I caught myself qith a safwte pin (to make holes in self with) a vox of matches, and a cup, to put spent matches in. I was trying very hard to self harm, but I even failed at that. I have a very minor burn on my knee, but that's it.

I think i need to speak to somebody, but my phone is out of battery and calltime.

Can anyone help, please, before I really do something stupid.
