Santra, how in the world did your dad braid the smaller heart into the bigger one? It looks insanely complicated.
Dogs body-surfing down a snowy hill. Why do dogs love cold weather so much? My dog really loves it - I'm shivering and miserable, and he's bounding around with joy.

Kelli, that's a tough one! Pecan pie is my favorite, but I never eat it, because when am I going to need 500 calories?
You've got a situation when you know your willpower is going to be low, because you're drinking mulled wine. What I would do is plan out your calories for the day so you'll be able to eat a piece of pie and drink two glasses of wine. I just went looking for calories for tartlets and pieces of pie for both mince and pecan, and you don't really save all that much with the smaller tartlet. Sometimes you can buy prepacked tartlets, which have the calories marked, but who wants that?

From last thread.......
Doc. Z.
Fine advice to Mini!!
I had experience of similar in the RAF. An obnoxious person enters your 4 man room. You complain to Station Wattant Officer; Either He is moved out, or you are moved....(I got into a single room!!)
Errr.......
Also.....
At one time, I had a prediliction to collecting 'Edged Weapons'......
....(Still have in my possession a genuine, forged, Nepalese Kukri...c1920)
One of my room-mates complained, and I was moved to Single Room!
Eats!!!
As I am ex-RAF myself, you know that you have my sympathies...
My History.......

Thule and Cape Clear could cover from the East........
What price UK Air Defence???????
Drivers on motorways going the wrong way!!!!!
Seen it! Seen it! Know a man wot done it!
Pal of mine I was drinking with in the pub wished us goodbye, saying he was going home......................
...........decided to visit daughter in Bamber Bridge......
Found his way to J31 of M6....
Went SOUTHBOUND on Northbound carriageway......
Coppers pulled him up, and safely sent him on his way..........(Could not do him for D&D as law does not cover motorised chairs!!!)

Brilliant, David
Lentilla - starting from a template (not own designs) with care and infinite patience. Probably where I failed most of the time, come to think of it. There were other designs with a bell, a star or an in the middle.

Mol - on the new tablet Posted Dec 14, 2010
Sorry to interrupt
I like this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-11989723
It's interesting, but I like it as something to look at - a new way of looking at the world, and somehow beautiful. Also - the World Wide Web looks, in the picture, exactly like a world wide web.
Nod has had her first brace fitted. Stupid orthodontists failed to tell me four weeks ago when we made the appointment that she can only eat soft (ie mashed or pureed) food for the next 10 days. My festive menu plan kicks off on Saturday - I've just had to re-do my spreadsheet

Rev Nick Posted Dec 14, 2010
St John's, Newfoundland, ... closed
Gypsumville, Manitoba, ... closed
North Bay, Ontario ... facility closed and relocated
Mill Cove, Nova Scotia ... closed
Trenton, Ontario ... Our busiest Air Base, so they couldn't close it. But 3 days after I was out of the uniform, I watched them bulldoze my last work place into toothpicks.
Do I feel a bit tainted? Imagine what I could done if I went beyond that 21 years in the uniform!
