l think the same thing's illegal in my state...although hopefully virtual champagne doesn't count (not that l've not had the RL version *giggle* -- illegally as the case may be)

I thought it was ~already~ illegal, but it turns out it was only illegal for a minor to be served or purchase liquor in a commercial establishment.
