Instructions for a Hot Toaddie:

Ingredients:
One large toad
4 oz. rum
2 oz. honey
Juice of one lemon

Pour rum, honey, and lemon juice into the toad. Shake. Place toad in microwave, and heat for five minutes, or until it explodes. Serve.

I think I'll pass on that one...

I'm not sure passing that one would be as easy as you'd think.

If Toads are not readily available would their substitution with Frogs greatly affect the recipe for a Hot Toaddie?

Found the website easy to use, Hyp - and full of things which would interest me if I lived there.

I did notice that Kneeling Miner is also spelt as Kneeling Minor

Had to cancel my French class this morning - due to the plasterer arriving 90 minutes later than he was scheduled. Hadn't the heart to be cross - poor man had very little sleep last night on account of having a six day old daughter at home. The flowers behind the kids page text makes it a bit difficult to read. Also, are the 'On this Page' links at the top of the info page meant to be linked to the relevant sections like opening time? That can be quite useful. And the am/pm bits for the times on the calendar only have the a and p. Otherwise it is clearly laid out, and loaded quite quickly here.

In news from the outdoor world, I have now managed to prove what can efficiently make water penetrate a Goretx XCR membrane: A dog's paw. it may sound - but I was at a training with Corto yesterday, 1½ hours walking around in wet. half-tall grass. My right foot was perfectly dry thanks to the aforementioned wonder layer in the fabric - the left foot, upon which Corto very often plants his paw when he sits at heel, was wet(tish). So there - information for the development crew at whatever company manufactures the stuff.

Santra, goretex only works when the outer fabric has a working water repelant coating...
So the waterproof material only works when it's waterproofed

I know - and I do have the proofing sitting on the shelf waiting for the shoe to get dry and cleaned and dry
