Every other page has me not logged in yet and twice I've been Researcher 154977 who hasn't written an introduction to their page.

On one page I was logged in but had two banners which only left a couple of inches for the conversation frames. Then, for the next two pages I was not logged in and had no frames but just one banner, yet th reply buttons were all there.
And then, on this last page, I had all functions, one banner. And I am remaining logged in, with just one identity, until they sort it all out.
*wades through the calling cards which haven't been landing on the occasional table but wafting in odd directions in apparent defiance of gravity*

I got the email about the OTD problem, Z, but I'm not on my own computer just now. You should have received an invitation, which I think you have to answer before it starts to work.

It doesn't matter if you stay logged in or not. The system is vacillating like crazy, like those quakes we used to have around here, except much more frequently. Sometimes the Who's Online is empty and the Conversation Pop-up sometimes shows the number of new posts and sometimes not. At least, that's what it looks like to me, a bonafide non-.
In fact, on the first, second try, I couldn't post this 'cause I didn't exist.

I can post, but I'm not logged in, have two banners, and apparently, haven't yet updated.
Did I miss the announcement for this?

They are clearly having trouble tuning the Infinite Improbability drive. Should we go out onto the lawn until the danger passes? Where are the unaus?

Witty Moniker Posted Oct 13, 2003
If the unaus spent the down time at Joanna's stand, it would explain a lot of this trouble we are having.

I posted a message in the feedback forum about the double banners (I named it "h2g2 squared" which I thought was nicely cryptic ).
I think that is due to being logged in and not logged in simultaneously.

And I forgot to lock the door to the planet workshop! *scurries out of the salon and through the library*
*distant voice* Has anyone monitored the fFordeian Rift? How about the crisper drawer and the linen closet?

Does this mean I can finally be admitted to Marvin's Closet? I am, after all, logged in and not logged in at the same time. That should be a conundrum to baffle anybody, especially somebody with the brain the size of a planet.
Oh, and I found the crisper drawer under the rocking chair. It's now the size of a matchbook, and will contain your choice of either one English pea, or one garbanzo bean. (if you sqoosh the bean.) I expect it will return to normal size eventually.
Sigh...
I figure they'll get it worked out soon enough. I expect the BBC took this time (the wee hours of the morning, over there) to update the site.

I can log in, and stay logged in, but I can't get the "remember me" button to work...it says there's a technical problem. Ah, well.
Again, where was the announcement for this whole new update thingy?
*notices that the rocking chair is off the floor*
I think the crisper is rather growing over there, don't you think?

Just to check- I am awake, aren't I? This isn't some peculiar dream caused by all that red leicester I had to eat last night?

Oh dear, dear, dearie me. *shakes head in dispair*
I'm here via 'Collective' and it all looks wrong!
Cassie is obviously feeling the vibes as she has done nothing but meeeeeuuuuwwww at me plaintively for the last half hour. I am now sitting in a howling gale waiting for her decide if exiting through the office door is what she wants, or the sitting room door!
