Celtic Cross would be fine but I remember from some time ago that Lil and I have different numberings for the cards so it's best if you make it clear where the cards are in some manner other than numbering.
What's a significator?

What is the second card? Something of swords?

My first reaction is that it's a very female or even feminine set of cards. But that could be because pages are princesses in my pack.

For the Celtic cross with a significator you have to zero-index...
So the Queen of Pentacles is your significator at 0
1. then the initial card is 4 Swords
2. crossed by Queen of Cups
3. The face of the matter is the Queen of Swords
4. The base of the matter is Page of Swords
for cards 5 and 6 I need to know which one is on the left and which one is on the right, for the Knight of Cups and Page of Pentacles.
7. Where you find yourself, is the Devil
8. How this is perceived from without, Strength
9. Your hopes and fears are 7 pentacles
10. the outcome is Justice

Seraphina, you haven't answered my question in my last post. You'll have to take me on my word about this, but what came to my mind first was that you are trying to put a good face on being talked about, and the rest of the world sees you as being strong, but it's causing you pain.
The Page of Swords in my deck is Zephyr, which can stand for gossip, sword-edged tongues. The Qheen of Swords carries more than she should. The Devil is involvement in distasteful or carnal matters. Seven Pentacles involves making a decision about how to act and being uncertain about the profitability of several alternatives.
My interpretation is incomplete without a resolution about the layout.

I think that the Page of Swords and the Devil taken together give some insight into underlying factors that have been hidden or even suppressed. People talk about being possessed by the Devil but I don't think that's the literal meaning here. Rather it's that possessions and/or possessiveness have been more important than might have been thought. It could also be that someone has had immature or naïve expectations about material matters whilst appearing on the face of it to have things sussed.
The 4 of Swords suggests to me an intermission, a pause in proceedings, perhaps a period of recovery. The Queen of Cups is someone who appears to be helping but has underlying motives. In my cards she carries a fan depicting fish. Something lurks beneath the surface.
The Prince of Cups may represent sexual politics that have been difficult to judge combined and this has been combined with an unhelpful relationship to money or possessions but the future holds realism, sensual pleasure and material comforts. However, I don't see the past and future as being related in this case because the Prince of Cups seems to be incommunicative and looking inwards whereas the Page of Pentacles is communicating outwards. Whatever the future holds, it is positive but also new.
The outside world sees strength in the sense of having the power to recover but you worry about failure, disappointment, betrayal and material loss.
I think that the outcome will be that everyone gets their just desserts but feel will aggrieved unless they face up to the underlying truths.

Take this with a grain of salt, Serephina. I'm a complete novice. Thanks for the practice.
I took the order of your cards and laid them out with 1 and 2 crossed in the center. I set the significator off to the side. Starting at 6 o'clock and proceeding clockwise, I laid out 3, 4, 5, and 6. 7 through 10 went from the bottom up.
I felt there was immaturity involved with both parties, strongly with this person, less so with you. Possibly a function of youth (especially as compared to me ). I feel more confusion than deception. In any case, things are out of your hands at the moment and need to settle. The 4 of Swords and the 7 of Pentacles tell me that you need to exercise patience and wait to see how things develop further.

I haven't had a chance to lay the spread out and have never used a significator card. But will give it ago later on if I can get my mind in the right state.
The significator card sounds like a good way to focus on the person the reading is for when distances are involved.
