Great
This is a concise and informative Entry. Probably someone will show up later on and point to typos and grammar n' stuff.

Hi Shagrath!
I see you've used the American term "measure" throughout this. The equivalent British term is "bar".

Oh yeah; we say "bars" too. I should probably change that.

Well...I see that this is pretty consistently being ignored... But my other one got accepted. Can some other people please comment? Pleeeeeeeeease?

I would just repeat myself. I like this Entry.
A drum tab is significantly different from a guitar tab and deserves an Entry for itself.
Good luck.

The first paragraph is confusing. It talks about tablature being used for stringed instruments and suggests only stringed instruments. Then it says it is used for drums, then it is used mainly for keyboards and strings, then for lutes. I've taken the liberty of rewriting the first paragraph the way I think it should be, as two paragraphs.
TablatureAlso sometimes spelled (and pronounced) 'tabulature'. (or tab) is a method of writing down music.
Instead of using symbols like in standard musical notation, it uses ordinary typed letters and numbers, making it great for use on the Internet or writing by hand where anyone can easily read it. Tablature is mainly used for writing music for stringed instrument with frets
- for example guitar or bass. It has been used for this in the west since the early 14th century, for lute music.
Tablature can even be used for drums. Read on to find out how and why.

Yeah, so I copied the intro paragraph from the other entry. I'll change it to your suggestion. Thanks!

Could you just add a footnote next to 'tab header' explaining what a tab header is? As a non-drummer this may sound hopelessly ignorant but this seems to be the only tiny weeny detail missing from an excellent article!
Nice one

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
